Loyalty Program - Terms and Conditions

Fount Flows Logistic Services LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a trailblazing company that is revolutionizing the way logistics is perceived and executed. Together, with industry-leading logistics experts in trade technology and Artificial Intelligence, our mission is to drive innovation, introducing unparallel solutions to the logistics sector and propelling freight forwarding industry into a new era.

We are pleased to introduce our loyalty program (the “Loyalty Program”) designed for our loyal clients as a token of appreciation for their continued trust and support in using our freight forwarding services and products.

Our Loyalty Program operates under the Terms and Conditions as set out below. These Terms and Conditions govern our relationship with existing members of the Loyalty Program (collectively referred as “Members” and individually referred as “Member” or “you”).

By clicking to confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, you agree to abide and adhere with the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.

Joining the Loyalty Program


  • Individuals and Companies: Enrollment in our Loyalty Program is open to both individuals and entities, including businesses and organizations, who utilize our freight forwarding services and products.
  • Fees: The membership for the Loyalty Program is free.

Conditions of enrollment

  • Members must open a Loyalty Program membership account and provide valid and accurate personal information when enrolling in the Loyalty Program. Members are responsible to update their personal information on a regular basis.  
  • Members consent to the collection, use and/or disclosure of his/its personal data by us, and are responsible to review our Privacy Policy published on our website which outlines how we collect, use, and disclose Members’ data. If any Member has questions or concerns regarding our Privacy Policy or the handling of its data, we encourage the said Member to reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
  • Members who are business entities may have only one membership account.
  • A Member cannot have multiple accounts.

Earning Miles

  • Point Accumulation: Members of the Loyalty Program will earn miles (“Miles”) based on their transactions with us for freight forwarding services and products on or after their Enrollment Date.
  • Eligible Transactions: Miles will be awarded for eligible transactions, which include payments made in full for freight forwarding services and products provided by us. It is the responsibility of Members to verify the accrual of Miles earned in these eligible transactions. Miles might take up to one (1) week to be credited to Members’ account. Cancelled, refunded, or partially paid transactions will not be eligible for Miles.
  • Miles Calculation: Each transaction made with us will earn you 1 Mile for every 1 AED spent. This means that for every AED spent on our freight forwarding services and products, 1 Mile will be credited to your account. Example: a transaction of 5,000 AED will result in 5,000 Miles being credited to your account.
  • Fraudulent Activities: Any fraudulent activities detected, including but not limited to false transactions, manipulation, or misuse of the Loyalty Program to earn Miles, will result in the immediate termination of the Members’ account and forfeiture of all accumulated Points.
  • Limited Offers: From time to time, we may introduce special offers at its sole discretion. These limited-time offers are exclusively available to our Members and provide additional benefits to the Loyalty Program. These offers are subject to limited availability and may be governed by specific terms and conditions, which will be disclosed at the time of the offer.

Redeeming Miles

  • Redemption notification: Members will receive email notifications when they achieve significant milestones in our Loyalty Program. For instance, you will be notified every time you reach 5,000 Miles.
  • Minimum Redemption Threshold: Members can start redeeming their accumulated Miles once they have reached the minimum threshold of 10,000 Miles.
  • Redemption Value: Upon accumulating 10,000 Miles in your account, you are eligible to redeem your Miles for a 100 AED discount on your future transactions on our freight forwarding services or products. Once the threshold is reached, the conversion is proportional: for every 1,000 Miles, you earn a 10 AED discount. Example: If you have 15,000 Miles, you are entitled to a 150 AED discount. The redeemed Miles will automatically be deducted from your account at the time of redemption. Members may redeem their Miles either in full or in part on eligible transaction.
  • Expiration of Miles: Members can accumulate Miles until they reach their desired account level. However, it is important to note that the Miles earned via the Loyalty Program have a validity period of 24 months from the date you have started to accumulate them. If the Miles are not redeemed within this 24-month timeframe, they will automatically expire, and you will no longer be able to utilize them for discounts.
  • Non-transferability of Miles: The Miles accumulated via the Loyalty Program have no monetary value, and cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or combined with Miles from other Members. These Miles are exclusively accessible to the account holder and cannot be converted into cash or any other form of monetary assets.


  • Termination of the Loyalty Program: We reserve the right to terminate our Loyalty Program at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice and at our sole discretion. In that case, Members will be provided 30 days to redeem their accumulated Miles, after which all unredeemed Miles will be forfeited. We shall not be liable to any Member in relation to the termination of the Loyalty Program and for any consequences resulting from such termination.
  • Termination of a membership:
  1. by a Member: A Member can terminate his/its membership at any time by sending written notice of termination to our customer support assistance. Upon cancellation of the membership, all accrued and unused Miles in his/its account will be immediately forfeited.
  2. by Fount Flows: We reserve the right to terminate the membership of any Member at our sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to, violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activities, or misuse of the Loyalty Program. Upon termination, all accrued and unused Miles in his/its account will be immediately forfeited.

Modification of the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and at our sole discretion. Any changes made to these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website. Members are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions to stay informed about any updates. Continuing to maintain and use their accounts after our modifications constitutes tacit acceptance of the said modifications.


In the event of unexpected events, system failures, or errors, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, server downtimes, or network congestion, we shall not be held liable for any delays, interruptions, inaccuracies, errors, or omissions arising from such occurrences. In addition, we shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Loyalty Program due to unexpected events, system failures, or errors.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, conducted by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
